What are the costs for your services?
We offer three pricing options to best suit our clients’ needs and their scope of work. Please call us to discuss your requirements.
1. Hourly Rate - based on task type.
2. Firm Quoted Flat Fee Project Price – Proposal based on scope of project, prior to commencement of work.
3. Monthly Retainer - Client minimum ten (10) hours per month. A 5% courtesy discount off of hourly rates.
How do we work together?
We are available via email, telephone, fax or by express mail and in person (depending on your location). We prefer to work virtually, however, if you require we can work out of your office although travel time fees will be incurred.
After you engage our services, you’ll have access to Clio, which is a password protected site for document sharing, time tracking and invoicing. We can also update documents and information real time with GoToMeeting, which is an online meeting sharing tool.
Please note, Paralegal Quick is an independent / freelance paralegal firm. We are unauthorized to practice law (UPL). Our services are offered only to attorneys. Attorneys who engage our services must abide by ABA Model Rule 5.5.

What jurisdictions can you support?
We provide paralegal services to attorneys in matters pertaining to Federal and Illinois civil law. We are located in Chicago’s western suburbs and have vast experience in DuPage, Will, Cook, Kane, Grundy and Kendall counties.
How do you avoid Conflicts of Interest?
We avoid conflicts of interest by maintaining a Career Client List containing every case we have ever worked on. The list includes parties and opposing attorneys, case number and our dates of involvement. We are willing to share this information with any attorney who wishes to engage our services, so that he/she can make an informed decision.
Before we take on a new assignment, we ask for both parties and all attorney names and we will refuse to take the assignment if we had in the past worked for the opposing party.
